Message from the Honorary Mayor

Dear Friend and Neighbors,

The Crescenta Valley has so much to offer for an area that is hidden like a treasure in the foothills of Los Angeles. In addition to all of the amazing activities available, you still feel as though you are living in a small town and can truly know your neighbors. I feel very fortunate to have found this quaint little community 12 years ago. And when I started up my own business in La Crescenta, I had found a community feeling that was intimate and diverse. From Christmas Parades to Car Shows, Home Country Fairs to Annual Golf Tournaments, and many other community functions, a feeling of togetherness evolves which you quickly come to appreciate. Another wonderful aspect of our beautiful valley are the boutique shops and the smaller businesses that are mainly owned by the local residents. It makes you feel as though you can get that little extra needed attention. This is truly a wonderful place to start your very own business! In addition we have great schools, terrific law enforcement, and dedicated fire fighters all of whom add to the quality of life for our children and for all of us.

The Crescenta Valley Chamber's Board of Directors are very pleased to help raise money volunteering for charity events and any other way to help the students succeed and to contribute some of the needs of this community because of how proud we are to live here. It is our duty to learn, teach, and be a part of our town's business organizations. I highly recommend becoming a Chamber member; it has really helped me become familiar with the area and meet the most amazing people.

I am honored to be representing such a wonderful community. Please let us know if you would be interested in joining our Chamber, having a business mixer, or just volunteering. It is definitely worth your while.

Sincerely,

Leslie Lesh, Honorary Mayor
Crescenta Valley Chamber Of Commerce
