The Chamber office
is staffed with an office manager and volunteers
who keep the office open daily from 10:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m. They welcome all visitors,
businesses and residents.
A constant referral service is provided for our members.
The Chamber produces a Business & Community
Services Directory that is mailed to the
businesses and residents of La Crescenta.
We welcome new businesses by providing a ribbon-cutting
ceremony, editorial in the local newspaper
and Chamber newsletter. We provide a
display area for your business cards, brochures
and special event flyers.
The Chamber promotes its businesses with regular
networking mixers hosted by members and
a Network Breakfast, the first Wednesday of the
month.
The Chamber sponsors Crescenta Valley Clean
Day. The Glendale Clean Committee,
volunteers and Chamber Board members clean up
trash, weeds, paint out any graffiti and do
general clean up in the La Crescenta/Glendale
area.
We sponsor the annual Fireworks Show at
Crescenta Valley High School as a special event
for all residents of the Crescenta Valley and
surrounding areas.
Our Business Members are listed at no extra
cost in our Web
site. New members are listed in the local
newspapers covering more than 30,000 readers.
The Chamber recognizes the Man and Woman of the
Year, Business, Humanitarian and Volunteer of the
Year, along with Outstanding Law Enforcement and
Firefighter individuals at the annual Recognition
Banquet.
